Punjab Governor Muhammad Balighur Rehman has highlighted the sincere efforts of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, and the economic team in improving the economic condition of the country. During a meeting with Members of the National Assembly at Governor House Lahore, various issues pertaining to the political and economic situation of the country were discussed.

Furthermore, he condemned the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden, stating that Muslims worldwide have been deeply hurt by such heinous acts. He called on the international community to devise an effective strategy to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
During the meeting, MNA Noorul Hassan Tanveer commended the services of Punjab Governor for the party, while MNA Waheed Alam Khan strongly condemned the incident of May 9.
