Former Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his recent remarks in the US. Naqvi said that Congress is unhappy because Prime Minister Narendra Modi has eliminated communal vote politics in the country. Speaking to ANI, Naqvi accused Congress of conspiring to attack PM Modi and the country. He added that PM Modi has assured the Muslim community of their inclusion in India’s progress and development. Rahul Gandhi had earlier attacked the BJP-led government for its actions impacting minorities, Dalits, and tribal communities. Gandhi urged people to fight hate with love and affection and not hatred. Naqvi countered Gandhi’s comments, saying that PM Modi has eliminated communal vote politics and that Muslims are part of India’s development.
