Plutus Wealth invests Rs 247 crore in MTAR Technologies shares

Plutus Wealth Management has purchased shares of MTAR Technologies for Rs 247 crore through an open market transaction. Bulk deal data from the BSE shows that Plutus acquired 13,15,000 shares of MTAR Technologies at an average price of Rs 1,880.02, making the transaction value of Rs 247.22 crore. MTAR Technologies is a precision engineering solutions company, while Plutus Wealth Management is a wealth management firm. Meanwhile, the promoters of MTAR Technologies, including Usha Reddy Chigarapalli, Anitha Reddy Dwaram and Kavitha Reddy Gangapatnam, sold 11.20 lakh shares in the company worth 3.6% stake. The shares were sold between Rs 1,880-1,880.15 apiece, per the bulk deal data. On Monday, MTAR Technologies’ shares gained 0.19% to close at Rs 1,896.90 each on the BSE.
