A battle is brewing in Colorado federal court over the estate of Bianca Rudolph, a woman who was tragically murdered on an African safari in 2016 by her husband, former Greensburg-area dentist Lawrence Larry Rudolph. The couple’s children, Julian and AnaBianca Rudolph, are now fighting for their inheritance, claiming that they are entitled to the $10 million life insurance proceeds. However, prosecutors argue that the children lack legal standing and are seeking forfeiture of the cash. This comes after Larry Rudolph cashed out $4.8 million in life insurance claims following his wife’s murder. Julian Rudolph recently broke his silence in an interview on ABC’s Good Morning America, expressing his belief in his father’s guilt and stating that his mother intended for them to receive the insurance proceeds. The trial revealed grisly details surrounding the murder, with prosecutors presenting evidence that disproved Larry Rudolph’s claim that his wife accidentally killed herself. The trial also implicated Lori Milliron, a former hygienist and manager at Rudolph’s office, who allegedly gave him an ultimatum to divorce his wife. Milliron was sentenced to 17 years in June on charges of perjury, being an accessory to a murder after the fact, and obstructing a grand jury. Bianca Rudolph was well-respected in the hunting community, serving as the former president of the Pittsburgh chapter of the Safari Club International. The couple frequently went on hunting trips to Africa, and they relocated to Arizona from Pennsylvania in 2012, while Lawrence Rudolph continued his dental practice back in Pennsylvania. The battle over the estate continues to unfold in court, reflecting the devastating consequences of this tragic crime.
