Parijat Industries leveraged the mobile-first approach offered by Happay to manage its T&E expenses. Happay offered an easy-to-use and intuitive UI in mobile and web apps that made it easy for Parijat’s employees to quickly adopt the software. The fleet force uses Happay’s mobile app to file expenses on-the-go, and even rural users can file expenses easily on their mobile app. This eliminated the challenges posed by complicated software.
The implementation of Happay has fastened Parijat’s reimbursement cycles, reduced approval delays, and improved its finance team’s productivity. Happay’s ApprovNow feature automated approvals based on predefined rules, reducing the three-step manual approval process to just one step. Salespersons struggled with expenses previously as they spent their own money. However, Happay cards, pre-loaded with company money, eliminated the need for employees to spend personal money. The Xpendite feature provided the finance team with real-time visibility on every employee’s expense, bringing cash leakage to 0 per cent. This has led to a 100 per cent better employee experience and satisfaction.
