Pakistan Hajj Mission Staff Ensuring Proper Delivery of Luggage to Pilgrims in Makkah

The Pakistani Hajj Mission staff is ensuring that the luggage of pilgrims is delivered properly to them in Makkah. Talking to PTV news channel on Tuesday, the Incharge of Lost and Found Centre stated that his department had successfully returned over 317 missing items, including bags, wheelchairs, mobile phones, and purses, to intending pilgrims under the government hajj scheme.

He further explained that hajj pilgrims submit a detailed report about their lost items, along with their descriptions and ownership identification papers, to receive them. Adding that they are delivering the lost items to their rightful owners within half an hour. To assist those who have misplaced their baggage, the Incharge instructed them to contact the Lost and Found Centre at 0567119736 for assistance.

Furthermore, he mentioned that a dedicated call center had also been established in Makkah to receive complaints from Pakistani pilgrims. In addition, extra buses have been provided to quickly transport pilgrims to and from their residences and Masjid-ul-Haram.

The ease of access and prompt action taken by the Pakistan Hajj Mission staff is making a significant impact on pilgrims who are able to retrieve their lost items. This year’s Hajj has been successful in ensuring that pilgrims have access to the necessary services and support, which in turn, allows them to focus on their spiritual journey.

In conclusion, the Pakistan Hajj Mission staff has taken remarkable measures to ensure the comfort and safety of pilgrims during the Hajj season. These actions have aided in providing a seamless experience for pilgrims and have allowed them to focus solely on their religious rituals, which is the essence of the Hajj pilgrimage.
