Pakistan Hajj Mission Staff Ensuring Proper Delivery of Luggage to Pilgrims in Makkah
The Pakistani Hajj Mission staff is ensuring that the luggage of pilgrims is delivered properly to them in Makkah. Talking to PTV news channel on Tuesday, the Incharge of Lost and Found Centre stated that his department had successfully returned over 317 missing items, including bags, wheelchairs, mobile phones, and purses, to intending pilgrims under the government hajj scheme.
He further explained that hajj pilgrims submit a detailed report about their lost items, along with their descriptions and ownership identification papers, to receive them. Adding that they are delivering the lost items to their rightful owners within half an hour. To assist those who have misplaced their baggage, the Incharge instructed them to contact the Lost and Found Centre at 0567119736 for assistance.
Furthermore, he mentioned that a dedicated call center had also been established in Makkah to receive complaints from Pakistani pilgrims. In addition, extra buses have been provided to quickly transport pilgrims to and from their residences and Masjid-ul-Haram.
