According to the ABP-CVoter Opinion Poll, 28.3% of Congress supporters believe that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visits to poll-bound Madhya Pradesh will help the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming Assembly elections, while 56.1% of Congress supporters believe the visits will not help the saffron party. On the other hand, 72% of BJP supporters believe that the party will benefit from the visits, while 17.5% disagreed. Among other respondents, 51.8% believed that the PM’s visits would help the BJP.

The survey was conducted between May 26 and June 26, covering all the 230 Assembly seats with a sample size of 17,113 respondents. The results of the poll show that while some Congress supporters are concerned about the impact of Modi’s visits to the state, most of them do not see any significant gain for the BJP.

The upcoming Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh are highly important for both the Congress and the BJP. While the BJP has been in power in the state for the past 15 years, the Congress is eager to win back this key central state. Therefore, the visit of Prime Minister Modi to the state has added significance in this context.

The poll results show that the BJP is confident that their leader’s visits will prove beneficial for the party in the upcoming elections. However, the Congress is not worried about the PM’s visit as a significant number of their supporters do not see a significant gain for the BJP.

The ABP-CVoter Opinion Poll has given an insight into the mood of voters in Madhya Pradesh. With the elections drawing nearer, it is essential for both parties to gauge the sentiment and expectations of the electorate. Whatever the outcome of the polls, the results will have far-reaching implications for the politics of the state and the country.
