Over 100 girl students were rushed to hospitals in Maharashtra’s Gadchiroli district after falling severely ill following lunch at their residential school. The incident occurred at an ‘ashram shala’ in Sode village, Dhanora taluka. The students experienced symptoms such as vomiting, abdominal pain, and headache shortly after consuming their meal. Currently, all 109 students remain hospitalized as health officials conduct investigations into the cause of the illness. Samples of the food and water have been sent to a laboratory for testing.
