Oracle, in partnership with Claro, has opened Colombia’s first hyperscale cloud region, bringing a world-class public cloud to the country. As the first major cloud provider to establish a public cloud region in Colombia, Oracle aims to accelerate the adoption of cloud solutions, democratize access to innovative technology, and support the growth and modernization of organizations in the country’s competitive business environment.
The new Oracle Cloud Bogotá Region, co-located in Claro’s data center, offers organizations in Colombia a wide range of cloud services to migrate, modernize, and innovate. With access to more than 100 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and cloud applications, including Oracle Autonomous Database and AI infrastructure, organizations can leverage high performance, security, and distributed cloud capabilities to drive their digital transformation.
