Vadodara: One person died and another received injuries when they came in contact with a high voltage power cable on Undera Road on Friday. The incident occurred when two contractual workers were carrying a metal ladder that was very high.
The ladder’s top side came in contact with the power cable and the two got electrocuted. One of them identified as Brijesh Yadav (25) died due to burns, while the other — Baharan Chauhan — was admitted to the hospital. Police registered a case of accidental death.
