On Tuesday, the New York Attorney General Letitia James spoke to Aaron Katersky on ABC World News Tonight about her victory in court against the former president. The lawsuit alleged that Trump artificially boosted his assets’ value to secure bank loans. The court ruled in James’ favor, imposing a hefty $355 million judgment against Trump and a ban on holding executive positions in New York. Additionally, Trump’s sons, Don Jr. and Eric, were fined $4 million each and barred from executive roles for a specified period.
