New Korean Drama ‘Vigilante’ Starring Nam Joo-hyuk Premieres on Disney+
Disney+ is set to bring an exciting new Korean drama to its streaming platform in November. Titled Vigilante, the eight-part series is based on a popular webtoon of the same name and stars the talented actor Nam Joo-hyuk as Kim Jiyong.
Vigilante tells the gripping story of a young man seeking justice and revenge. When a criminal responsible for brutally killing a woman receives a light sentence, her child, Kim Jiyong, grows up fueled by the desire to avenge his mother’s death.
Fed up with the failures of the legal system and the release of repeat offenders, Jiyong dedicates himself to becoming a star student at the police academy. With his expertise in martial arts and deep knowledge of the law, he embarks on a mission to punish unrepentant criminals on his own terms.

Joining Nam Joo-hyuk in this thrilling drama is an impressive cast, including Yoo Jitae as Jo Heon, a determined detective hell-bent on stopping the vigilante at all costs. Lee Junhyuk portrays Cho Kangok, while Kim Sojin takes on the role of Choi Miryeo, a broadcaster who exposes the Vigilante’s actions.
