Nepal has Strong Relations with India, says Foreign Minister Narayan Prasad Saud

Nepal’s Foreign Minister Narayan Prasad Saud stated that his country has a cordial relationship with India, and the Prime Minister of Nepal, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, is visiting India for the fourth time. They will discuss a range of issues such as trade, transit, hydroelectricity projects, and other fields. This visit is an opportunity for both sides to strengthen their bilateral partnership. Earlier high-level visits from Prime Minister Deuba to New Delhi in April 2022 and Prime Minister Modi to Lumbini in May 2022 have been successful, and this visit will build on their achievements. During his time in India, Dahal will also meet with President Droupadi Murmu and Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar, and visit Ujjain and Indore. Union Minister Meenakashi Lekhi welcomed the Nepal Prime Minister on arrival in India, and his meeting with PM Modi will provide an opportunity to discuss the multifaceted relationship between India and Nepal.
