Almost 300 people have lost their lives in a tragic train accident that took place in the eastern Indian state leaving more than 900 others injured. World leaders have been sending their condolences to those affected by this heartbreaking incident. Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his deep sadness for the loss of lives and extended his heartfelt condolences to the families impacted by the disaster. The country’s Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, also stated his sadness for the Indian tragedy. Other world leaders, including Justin Trudeau from Canada and several other countries like Bhutan, Nepal, Japan, Sri Lanka and Italy, also expressed their condolences and offered support to the Indian community. These messages serve as a reminder of the importance of coming together during times of difficulty.
