Najm for Insurance Services has recently announced its readiness for the upcoming Hajj season. Najm’s operational plan is aimed at improving traffic safety for pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The plan will be executed by field employees and Manafith Company in collaboration with the General Directorate of Traffic and the Special Forces for Road Security.
To ensure the safety of Hajj pilgrims, Najm has harnessed its human resources and technological capabilities to create several smart applications used for reporting accidents, identifying drivers and providing guidance. Field operations will be conducted round the clock, and a dedicated workforce will be present at the holy sites.
We have made all the necessary preparations to serve the pilgrims upon their arrival through the Kingdom’s border crossings and along the roads leading to it, said Najm’s acting CEO Muhammad Yahya Al-Shehri.
More than 1,500 of Najm’s administrative and technical staff, including customer service employees and those working in Najm outlets and call centers, will be on duty. Over 1,200 field liability determination specialists have also been assigned to provide the best services with the highest quality standards.
Najm is committed to achieving its mission of providing safe and comfortable travel experiences for Hajj pilgrims. The company’s efforts align with the Saudi Central Bank’s supervision and the Doyof Al-Rahman Program, an executive program under Saudi Vision 2030 that aims to enhance the journey of pilgrims.
Najm has established two centers for receiving accident reports, a center for guidance and control at the holy sites, and a unified guidance and control center. The company’s scope of work includes handling accidents in the holy sites of Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah, as well as the surrounding areas.
Najm is all geared up to implement its operational plan for this year’s Hajj season, with the goal of ensuring the safety of all pilgrims.
