Delhi police have arrested two suspects involved in the double murder of a mother-daughter duo found dead in their apartment in Krishna Nagar, New Delhi. The accused have been identified as Ankit Kumar Singh and Kishan Singh.
The incident was discovered when police received a PCR call regarding a foul smell emanating from the apartment. Upon investigating, they found the bodies of the 65-year-old woman and her daughter, aged 36.
According to DCP Shahdara, a third person known to the deceased may have been inside the home at the time. The police believe the murderer knew the victims, and the case is still under investigation.
The house where the bodies were found had a twin locking system, with one at the entrance gate and another at the main door which required authorization to open.
The victims were identified as Rajrani and Ginni Karar. The police did not reveal the motive behind the killings.
