Montgomery County Judge Finds Probable Cause in Girlfriend’s Murder
A Montgomery County judge has made a significant decision in the case of James Dunmore, who is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Allisha Watts. In a recent court hearing, the judge found probable cause to move forward with the murder charges against Dunmore. This development comes after new video footage emerged, showing a shackled Dunmore entering the Montgomery County courthouse.
The tragic incident occurred back in July when Watts, 39, went missing. Court documents reveal that her murder took place on the very day she vanished. Disturbingly, Dunmore is accused of not only killing Watts but also burying her body. It was only a month later that authorities discovered Watts’ remains.
Outside the courthouse, a family friend shared their thoughts on the matter. They expressed their heavy heart, even though they did not see the pictures from the investigation. Just listening to how she was found, and where she was found was just heavy, the friend stated. No one, not even an animal, should be tossed out like that.
As the case progresses, Dunmore, 51, will remain in custody without bond. The next step for his case is the Superior Court, where it will be thoroughly examined.
The search for justice and answers continues in this tragic murder case. The judge’s decision to find probable cause has marked a crucial point in the legal proceedings against James Dunmore, who stands accused of killing Allisha Watts. As the court system works to hold him accountable, the community mourns the loss of Watts and hopes for a fair and just outcome.
