PM Modi, Amit Shah, and Adani operate like pickpocketers, looting the public: Rahul Gandhi

Bharatpur, Rajasthan – In a scathing attack on the ruling government, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi compared Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and industrialist Gautam Adani to a team of pickpocketers, alleging that they work together to loot the public in the country. Speaking at an election rally in Bharatpur, Gandhi highlighted the parallel between pickpocketers and the trio, claiming that Modi diverts attention, while Adani takes the money, and Shah supervises the operation.

The pickpocketer never comes alone, there are three people. One comes from the front, one from the back, and one sees from the distance. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s job is to divert your attention. He comes on TV from the front and distracts the public by raising topics of Hindu-Muslim, demonetization, and GST. Meanwhile, Adani comes from behind and takes the money, Gandhi asserted.

He further stated, Amit Shah is the third person. His role is to supervise. He ensures no one should know about what is happening.

Gandhi also raised concerns about the lack of representation of backward castes and economically weaker sections in secretary-level positions at the center. Ask any kid what he wants to become, and that kid will say he wants to become an IAS officer. The central government is run by Secretaries. When we asked how many officers are from backward classes, economically weaker sections, he opted to remain silent, Gandhi said.

He expressed shock over the fact that only three OBCs were working as Secretaries at the Centre, highlighting the stark disparity considering the large population of backward classes in the country.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a gathering, accused the Congress leadership of engaging in dynastic politics. He claimed that the party punishes leaders who raise their voice against the wrongdoings within the party, referring to the treatment of Sachin Pilot, whose father, Rajesh Pilot, revolted against the high command in 1996.

Rajesh Pilot is no more, but Congress holds a feeling of rancor for his son, Modi declared.

Rajasthan is gearing up for assembly polls on November 25, with votes to be counted on December 3. In the last assembly elections, the Congress emerged victorious, winning 99 out of 200 seats, while the BJP secured 73 seats. With the support of BSP MLAs and Independents, Ashok Gehlot assumed the position of Chief Minister.

As the election campaign intensifies, leaders from all parties are making their last-ditch efforts to sway voters, raising pertinent issues, and taking jabs at their opponents. The voters of Rajasthan will decide the political fate of their leaders in the upcoming polls.
