A truck filled with dates and stolen a few days ago from Latur was found on Thursday. The police detained a young boy over suspicion of being involved in the theft. The truck was taken during the night between Tuesday and Wednesday from the Samrat Chowk area. The authorities found the vehicle parked near a hotel in Vasangaon on the Vairag-Solapur road.
An official at the Gandhi Chowk police station confirmed that the young boy, aged 17, is now in custody, and his investigation led the police to recover three more stolen vehicles.
