BJP workers and social activists in Khachrod, Madhya Pradesh, have submitted a memorandum to MP Anil Firojia requesting the extension of several train routes and the connection of a four-lane road to the city for its development. The memorandum requested the extension of the Guna-Bina train to Ratlam, the Nagda-Indore train to Ratlam, and the inclusion of Khachrod as a stoppage for the Jaipur-Mumbai Express. The social activists emphasized the need for immediate relief for the public from these problems while also citing the potential for increased industrialization, business, trade, and employment opportunities with the connection of the proposed Pithampur-Jaora four-lane road to Khachrod.
According to reports, the memorandum was submitted under the guidance of former Janbhagidari president Anil Chhajed and Anil Keraf. Senior BJP leaders Anokhilal Bhandari, Suresh Chhajed, Dayaram Kankar, Anil Sonawa, Kamlesh Sharma, and Bharat Kankar, along with BJP workers and local residents, were present during the submission.
In response to the memorandum, MP Firojia assured the public that continuous efforts were being made to resolve the train issues in the city. He also gave his assurance that the Pithampur-Jaora four-lane road would be connected to Khachrod.
The social activists and BJP workers are hopeful that their requests will gain traction and lead to the expansion and development of Khachrod. Boosting connectivity in the city is seen as the first step towards its growth and financial stability.
With this memorandum, demonstrators are hoping to bring attention to the issues that residents in Khachrod are facing while also encouraging their representatives to take proactive steps towards improving their standard of living.
