Massive Fire Engulfs Bengaluru Building, Two Injured
A massive fire broke out in a multi-storeyed building in Bengaluru’s Koramangala area, leaving two people injured. The incident occurred at a cafe on the fourth floor of a commercial building that also housed a car showroom and a gym. The fire was reportedly caused by a gas cylinder explosion in the Mud Pipe Café, a popular hookah bar on Tavarekere main road.
The fire broke out around noon, quickly engulfing the building. Disturbing videos circulating on social media show thick smoke billowing from the site. As soon as the smoke was noticed, people in the vicinity raised an alarm and alerted the fire brigade and the police.
Thankfully, the café was empty at the time, with no customers present. However, two individuals suffered major burns in the incident. One person, in a moment of panic, even jumped from the building’s terrace to escape the blaze. Miraculously, the individual survived the fall and is undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital.

Authorities acted swiftly to bring the fire under control, preventing further damage. Although numerous LPG cylinders were stored in the café, firefighters managed to extinguish the flames. The police have reported no casualties in the incident.
