Montgomery County Department of Police is searching for Emanuel Edward Sewell, 54, of Chevy Chase, in connection with the death of a Maryland Parole and Probation agent. Police say on May 31, officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Terrace Drive for a welfare check on the agent, who had not returned to work after visiting Sewell, a registered sex offender. Once inside, police discovered the agent deceased. Sewell, who is wanted for second-degree murder, remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities believe he may be driving a gray 2017 Hyundai Elantra with Maryland plates 93661HT. If you have any information, please contact police.
