Man Charged in Fatal Halloween Crash that Killed 4-Year-Old Girl
Columbus Police are currently seeking public assistance in locating Lazaro Becerra, a 50-year-old individual who has been charged in connection with a tragic Halloween crash in 2022 that led to the devastating death of a young 4-year-old girl. The incident occurred in northeast Columbus while the child was out trick-or-treating.
