Man Arrested for Attempted Arson and Resisting Arrest in Adams County

Prior to his arrest, it was discovered that Rocha had an outstanding warrant from Othello Municipal Court. Following his clearance at a medical facility, he was booked into the Adams County Jail on multiple charges including 1st Degree Arson, Harassment, and Resisting Arrest.
