Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan recently took stock of preparations ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Bhopal. Modi’s program is scheduled to take place at Lal Parade ground and will include flagging off two Vande Bharat trains, launching the sickle cell anaemia mission, and distributing Ayushman Bharat cards in the state. Over 3000 police personnel and 50 officers have been deployed for security purposes. Drone cameras are being used for monitoring and traffic has been diverted to ensure a smooth flow. The police have been rehearsing with modern technology, including drone and CCTV cameras. Mishra stated that the security system in place has been designed to minimize inconvenience to the public, with traffic being diverted where feasible.
