Madhya Pradesh’s Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has recently launched the Maha Jansampark campaign in Bhopal, ahead of the assembly polls. The campaign aims to reach out to the masses and showcase the achievements of the BJP.
Chouhan kicked off the campaign by hitting the streets of Jain Nagar and Lalghati, accompanied by local BJP leaders including Rameshwar Sharma, the BJP MLA from Huzur constituency. Chouhan distributed BJP literature and interacted with the locals, who showered him with flower petals and raised slogans in his favour. Many people even garlanded him with flower garlands as a sign of affection.
During the mass contact program, Chouhan also paid his respects at a local Jain temple. His presence drew a large crowd, with many eager to click a photo with him. Security personnel had to work hard to keep the crowd away from him, as people kept jostling for a glimpse of the CM. BJP workers also raised slogans in Chouhan’s favour, and many carried BJP flags during the program.
Chouhan even took time out to cuddle a girl child and bless the girl students waiting in a queue. The campaign aims to connect with the masses and showcase BJP’s achievements ahead of the upcoming assembly polls. The Maha Jansampark campaign is expected to cover various parts of Madhya Pradesh, enabling the BJP to gain ground and appeal to the voters in the state.
