An Indore boy has topped the High School Examination conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE). Mridul Pal scored an outstanding 494 marks out of 500, with the second rank going to Prachi Garhval who scored 493 marks out of 500 also from Indore.
Both Mridul and Prachi dedicated a lot of hard work to their studies despite the difficulties of the ongoing lockdown. Prachi’s father, Hukumchand Garhwal, is a mechanic. He is proud of his two daughters and a son and is working hard to help them with their education. Prachi plans to become a software engineer, a goal which her father fully supports.
On the other hand, Mridul Pal has gone to his relative’s house in Lucknow to celebrate his success. His father, Harishankar Pal, who works as a pool attendant, is also proud of his son and is happy that he invested his time and energy in education. Mridul’s mother, Urmila Pal, is a home seamstress and is proud of her son for scoring 98.8% marks in 10th standard.
The success of Mridul and Prachi highlights the value of education and hard-work. They are an inspiration for those who might be disappointed with their results since in life there are a lot more things than just percentages.
