KT&G Wins Top Prize at the 2023 LACP Spotlight Awards in the United States – BetaNews
KT&G’s ‘2022 KT&G Integrated Report’ has been awarded the highest honor, the Platinum Prize, at the 2023 LACP Spotlight Awards.
According to KT&G on December 4, the LACP Spotlight Awards is the world’s largest communication production competition organized by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP). It awards various productions such as management reports, publications, and newsletters submitted by companies from around the world.
This year, more than 500 entries from 12 countries worldwide competed fiercely, and the ‘2022 KT&G Integrated Report’ won the Platinum Prize in the Integrated Report category by achieving a perfect score in five out of six evaluation categories including content, design, and clarity.
The ‘KT&G Integrated Report’ is an annual report on the company’s management strategies and performance published by KT&G to communicate with stakeholders. The award-winning ‘2022 KT&G Integrated Report’ is characterized by its clear and compelling content in different areas, including the ‘Strategic Report,’ which reflects the group’s new vision, the ‘ESG Report,’ which highlights ESG performance in various fields, and the ‘ESG Factbook,’ which incorporates global information disclosure indicators and quantitative outcomes.
A KT&G official stated, KT&G has been publishing reports since 2007 to demonstrate its commitment to sustainable management and deliver transparent and accurate ESG information. The official further added, We will continue to enhance our ESG management and strengthen external communications to become a more trusted company both at home and abroad.
