KCCA Launches F&B Service Associate Programme for Career Development

Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts (KCCA) in Goa, India, is launching a new course for the upcoming academic year, the ‘Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Associate Programme.’ This six-month program is accredited by the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council and offers students hands-on training in various aspects of the F&B industry. The course will cover topics such as table set up, menu planning, guest handling, wine, spirits, cocktails, and entrepreneurship. According to KCCA Principal S T Vinodkumar, graduates will be equipped with skills and knowledge in customer service, presenting food, and managing a catering service or restaurant. Interested students can apply for the course on Kamaxi College’s website, and admissions open in July 2023.
