Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is set to hold a Jana Spandana event tomorrow aimed at addressing the grievances of the public. The program is scheduled to start at 9:30 am and will provide on-the-spot solutions to the issues raised by the citizens. In preparation for the event, the Chief Minister’s secretariat has made all the necessary arrangements, while the Additional Chief Secretary Rajneesh Goyal has reviewed the final preparations.

To streamline the complaint process, a total of 20 counters have been established to receive grievances. Additionally, two dedicated counters have been set up for individuals with special needs and senior citizens. Each complaint will be categorized by department and recorded in the software. The applicants will also receive an acknowledgement letter.

During the event, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will personally listen to the complaints and offer suggestions and solutions. To ensure the presence of the relevant officials, the Additional Chief Secretary has issued a circular mandating the attendance of Government Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Deputy Commissioners, Zilla Panchayat CEOs, Superintendents of Police, and all District, Sub-Division, and Taluk level officers.

For identification purposes, citizens attending the event will be required to present either their Aadhaar card or ration card. This will help in tracking the status of the documented applications.

The Chief Minister’s Home Office Krishna has been prepared for the last three days to accommodate the citizens. Facilities such as drinking water, food, and toilets have been arranged for the convenience and comfort of the participants.

The Jana Spandana event aims to create a platform for people to voice their grievances and seek immediate resolutions. It demonstrates the Chief Minister’s commitment to addressing the concerns of the public and ensuring their well-being.

As an inclusive initiative, the event takes into account the needs of all individuals, including those with special requirements and senior citizens. The use of technology to record and track complaints further streamlines the process and enhances transparency.

Tomorrow’s Jana Spandana event promises to help bridge the gap between the government and the people of Karnataka, fostering a sense of accountability and responsiveness. By actively listening to citizens’ grievances and offering solutions, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah aims to strengthen public trust and deliver on the government’s promise of good governance.
