The Karnataka Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched a helpline to support its workers who are facing false cases. The party alleges that the Congress party has a history of silencing Hindu organizations with many false cases. The newly started helpline number is 18003091907 and the party claims to have the required legal support to assist their members.
The BJP called the Siddaramaiah led Congress government a Hitler government and accused it of trying to suppress those who speak out against it. In response, the state unit of the BJP tweeted, The party will always stand on behalf of all our workers who are active in pro-national activities and will fight legally if necessary. Adding, The party is with you to fight against the anti-patriots, against those who harm the pulse, against the anti-people actions of the state government, and the legal expert committee appointed by the party is always ready.
In response to BJP’s helpline number, Karnataka Minister MB Patil called for a new helpline called Peaceful Karnataka to ensure that no hatred is being spread in the state and to keep track of any such incidents. He emphasised development and progress while also protecting Brand Karnataka.
The political rivalry between the two parties continues to escalate, with the BJP actively seeking to support its workers throughout the state. The state of Karnataka has seen a tumultuous political history and the two parties continue to clash over various issues. However, the launch of the helpline by the BJP is seen as a significant move to protect its party workers from what it sees as unjust and false cases being filed against them.
