Real estate company K Raheja Corp Homes has announced its expectation of achieving a sales realisation of approximately INR 1,000 crore from its new ultra-luxury housing project located at Juhu in Mumbai. The company purchased the home of well-known Bollywood director late B R Chopra, BR House, for around INR 200 crore last year. The new project, called ‘Maestro’, features premium saleable area of around 100,000 square feet and is situated at the hub of the Indian cinema industry. K Raheja Corp Homes CEO Ramesh Ranganathan stated that the demand for these properties has reportedly been strong. The company did not disclose the project cost or sales realisation.
