Two-time Major Winner and Reigning Masters Champion Jon Rahm Joins LIV Golf
Two-time major winner and reigning Masters champion, Jon Rahm, has joined LIV Golf, an announcement made by the organization on Thursday. Rahm will kickstart his LIV Golf League journey next season, which begins with LIV Golf Mayakoba in Mexico from February 2 to 4.

Echoing Rahm’s sentiments, LIV Golf Commissioner and CEO Greg Norman expressed his excitement about welcoming the golfing superstar to the family. When I first met Jon at the age of 17, I knew then that the golfing world was about to witness the birth of a new star. Jon has consistently validated that he is one of the top players in the world, said Norman.
Rahm, from Spain, has had a remarkable impact as one of the most dominant players over the past decade. With 20 wins to his name, including the 2023 Masters, 2021 US Open, and three-time DP World Tour Championship winner, Rahm has established himself as a force to be reckoned with. The golfer has had an impressive career comprising 93 top-10 finishes and multiple accolades such as the 2021 PGA of America Player of the Year, two-time European Tour Golfer of the Year, and 2019 European Tour Race to Dubai Winner.
Rahm’s addition to the LIV Golf League adds another star to its already star-studded lineup, which includes Talor Gooch, Bryson DeChambeau, Cameron Smith, Brooks Koepka, Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, Bubba Watson, and Martin Kaymer.
LIV Golf is gearing up for an exciting 2024 season with 12 regular season tournaments, an Individual Championship, and a Team Championship in various markets around the world. The league’s competitions will be broadcast globally, allowing fans to witness the thrilling action.
