Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Ameer Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has inaugurated four parks after their complete restoration and laid the foundation stone for a new medical complex in Karachi’s Liaquatabad Town.
The parks underwent extensive restoration and face-lifting before being opened to the public. Local residents held separate ceremonies to celebrate the reopening of the parks, expressing their gratitude to the JI leadership for their commitment to improving Karachi and the lives of its residents.
Accompanied by Liaquatabad Town Chairman Faraz Haseeb, his deputy Ishaq Taimouri, chairmen of the relevant union committees, ward councillors, and town officials, Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman vowed to continue working towards the restoration and upliftment of Karachi.
During his address, Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman commended the efforts of the town chairman, director parks, and other officials involved in the restoration project. He emphasized that the JI has been dedicated to serving Karachi and its people beyond its mandated responsibilities in the towns it manages.
Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman urged Karachiites to unite and vote wisely in the upcoming general elections, emphasizing the importance of supporting the JI for the future of Karachi. He highlighted that votes cast against the JI would only serve the interests of the feudal lords and perpetuate the existing system.
Expressing hope for a significant mandate in the general elections, Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman stated that the JI aims to establish a corruption-free Sindh police and model schools. He also criticized the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz for opposing the Pakistan People Party in their public statements while providing support in the city council.
