Jharkhand CM confirms JMM’s participation in Patna Opposition meet

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has confirmed that his party will attend the Opposition forces meeting in Patna on June 12. The meeting, chaired by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, aims to bring all Opposition parties together against the BJP government. Kumar has already met with several leaders to unite the opposition, including Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar. BJP’s Bihar unit president Samrat Choudhary confirmed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bihar in June and is expected to address a public meeting before the opposition meeting in Patna.
