Jeep India has introduced a new AI tool, called the Jeep Expert, powered by the ChatGPT 3.5 AI model, to address customer complaints and provide 24×7 support. This tool aims to offer quick assistance and answers to customer queries, eliminating the need for users to read user manuals or brochures for basic information.
The Jeep Expert, available to all registered users of the Jeeplife mobile app, not only caters to customer complaints but also provides information about the brand, product features, basic off-roading capabilities, service tips, user manuals, connectivity features, and more. Furthermore, Jeep highlights that the AI model can even handle and respond to questions it hasn’t been specifically trained upon.
Jeep’s decision to use the ChatGPT 3.5 AI model for the Jeep Expert is notable, considering the release of the latest model, ChatGPT 4. This demonstrates the brand’s commitment to leveraging advanced AI technology to enhance customer experience.
In addition to the launch of the Jeep Expert, Jeep India has also unveiled special year-end offers across its SUV range. Customers can take advantage of benefits up to ₹11.85 lakh, including discounts, cash offers, and exchange bonuses. These offers are available until December 31, 2023, and are valid at Jeep dealerships throughout India.
Among the SUV models, the Jeep Grand Cherokee leads with the maximum benefits of up to ₹11.85 lakh, followed by the Jeep Meridian three-row SUV with benefits up to ₹4 lakh. The Jeep Compass, another popular model, offers benefits up to ₹1.50 lakh. However, the Jeep Wrangler does not receive any benefits as part of the year-end schemes.
Furthermore, Jeep India has extended support to customers affected by Cyclone Michaung. In light of the flood damage caused by the cyclone, the brand is providing roadside assistance and special offers on new models to customers whose vehicles have been affected.
