DownDetector, which tracks online outages, reported that 44% of users experienced issues with the app, while 32% had problems with the web version and 24% experienced server connection issues. Users took to Twitter to report difficulties, accompanied by memes and GIFs. Last month the platform went down for over an hour, with users encountering errors and website blackouts. The cause of the latest outage was identified as a technical issue.
