Following the official title announcement and trailer the other day, the director of the upcoming Indiana Jones and the Great Circle video game, Jerk Gustafsson, has given an official interview with Lucasfilm to discuss what players can expect.
Gustafsson explains one such circle connects key historical sites – the Pyramids at Giza, the Nazca Lines in Peru, Easter Island in the South Pacific, and the ruins of Sukhothai in Thailand. Thus, Dr. Jones will be visiting each of those locations to unravel the clues and find out what ties them together.
In combat, Machine Games isn’t going to make Indy a super soldier though he will be agile and tough with a heavy focus on improvisation and some whip work. Gustafsson says, When you overcome the numerous obstacles in your way, it takes a lot of effort and hard work, like a real human being.
