Zoop, an approved partner of Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), has introduced a Google Chatbot for train food delivery. The chatbot allows passengers to order meals, track their progress, and raise complaints with the AI assistance, without downloading any additional applications or accessing the website. Customers can Google Zoop India and click on the Chat option to initiate a conversation with a live agent and select Check PNR Status or Order Food according to their requirements. In addition to full-course meals, Zoop’s selection includes snacks and drinks and allows customers to choose their preferred cuisine. Founder of Zoop, Puneet Sharma states that Zoop offers not only convenience but also flexibility to Indian railway passengers. Google Chatbot’s introduction gives passengers an option to order anything from a light snack to a full meal while onboard instead of settling for pantry car snacks or waiting until they reach their destination. Zoop’s Google Chatbot provides passengers with a solution to enjoy food while onboard without worrying about carrying extra luggage or having to leave their seats. By promoting efficiency, flexibility, and convenience, Zoop is enabling train passengers to have a pleasant onboard dining experience.
