The ASP Aseem Chowdhary has assured that strict action will be taken against the police officials found guilty in the investigation. The 2-month-old case of rape was filed by the victim’s father, but the police allegedly did not register the FIR promptly, leading to the unfortunate incident. The investigation is still ongoing and a report is expected to come out in 24 hours.
