Rewa, Madhya Pradesh: Inder Singh Parmar, the Minister of State for School Education (independent charge), conducted the Bhoomipoojan ceremony for a new higher secondary school building at Rahat village in Semria on Monday. As part of the event, Singh also performed the Bhoomipoojan for a 2.70-km road from Bara to Rahat, which is estimated to cost Rs 214.05 crore.
The construction of the new school building in Rahat village aims to address the educational needs of the students in the area. Singh expressed his confidence that once the school is completed, the students will have access to better facilities and an improved learning environment. In addition, the construction of the road between Bara and Semria will facilitate easier commuting for the villagers.
During the event, Singh also mentioned the state government’s plan to implement the New Education Policy 2020 in the near future. This policy aims to revamp the education system, ensuring quality education for students.
