Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has launched the HPE Diversity Startup Program to provide women-owned and minority-owned start-ups with equitable access to the HPE GreenLake edge-to-cloud platform. The initiative was created in partnership with Alpha3 Cloud, an HPE Partner Ready provider of hybrid cloud, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) cloud solutions. The HPE Diversity Startup Program provides free cloud service vouchers through service provider partners to companies owned by women and minorities, enabling them to consume HPE GreenLake services cost-effectively. With data centers in the San Francisco Bay Area and Virginia, Alpha3 Cloud offers cloud services built on HPE GreenLake to start-ups with month-to-month subscription models and no vendor lock-in. The company has tailored its cloud services with flexible provisioning and scalability, using the Apollo 2000 Gen10 Plus System for compute and Apollo 4200 Gen10 Server for storage to deliver IaaS and PaaS solutions which provide high-density environments that support affordable cloud services.
