Torrential rain in Rajasthan’s Sikar district has caused severe waterlogging and disrupted normal life. The incessant showers since Saturday morning have submerged large parts of Morabadad city, making transportation difficult for residents. The heavy rainfall also had tragic consequences, as a student lost his life after falling into an open sewerage tank in the Sikar district.
