Protesters in Jhajjar district, Haryana, blocked the Rohtak-Delhi National Highway for two hours as part of a Haryana Bandh in support of wrestling and farmer protests and other issues. The Bhumi Bachao Sangharsh Samiti, which fights for the land rights of farmers, and khap members led the blockage, which resulted in a traffic pile-up. The protest was eventually lifted following discussions with concerned authorities. The strike call aimed to address 25 demands, including justice for wrestlers protesting against the outgoing Wrestling Federation of India Chief, legal guarantees to Minimum Support Price, enhanced compensation for land acquisition, and the resignation of Haryana Minister Sandeep Singh. Additional police forces were deployed in Bahadurgarh and Rohtak due to the Bandh call. It did not impact other parts of Haryana, and normal life resumed.
