Haitian Beach Town Mayor Arrested in Connection with Assassination of President Moïse
The mayor of a seaside Haitian beach town, Marky Kessa, was arrested on Monday in Port-au-Prince in connection with the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse.
