NDRF Team Conducts Rescue Operation in Junagadh District Amid Heavy Rain in Gujarat
The National Defence Response Forces (NDRF) team carried out a rescue operation in the Junagadh district of Gujarat, India, amidst continuous rainfall in the region. Their mission was to assist the general public in crossing flooded and waterlogged areas, ensuring their safety.

An orange alert was issued for Ahmedabad, Anand, Bharuch, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Amreli, Jamnagar, Gir Somnath, and Kutch. Surendranagar, Dahod, Junagadh, Rajkot, Botad, Vadodara, Surat, and Navsari were issued a Yellow Alert.
On Friday, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel conducted an aerial survey of the flood-affected areas in Sutrapada, Mangrol, and Gir Somnath.
The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) deployed teams in Gir Somnath, Kutch, Navsari, Valsad, Amreli, and Rajkot districts of Gujarat following heavy rainfall on Wednesday.
