Go First Airlines has announced the extension of flight cancellations until June 7, 2023, due to operational reasons. The airline apologizes for any inconvenience caused and assures that full refunds will be issued to passengers via their original mode of payment. Go First Airlines had recently filed for voluntary insolvency and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) had advised them to submit a comprehensive restructuring plan for a sustainable revival of operations. The airline has requested to use the moratorium period to prepare a restructuring plan and has been given 30 days to submit it for regulatory approval. DGCA will review the plan and take appropriate action in the matter.
