General Manoj Pande Meets Himachal Governor to Discuss Security Matters in India

Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla welcomed the Chief of Army Staff General Manoj Pande at Raj Bhawan on June 11, where they discussed various issues related to the army. The meeting was part of a courtesy call, during which the duo also discussed the security matters of the region and other important issues. Lt. General S.S. Mahal, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), also attended the meeting.

In light of the meeting, the governor presented General Pande with a Himachali cap and shawl along with a memento. Prior to the meeting, Pande performed a comprehensive review of the Indian Military Academy’s passing-out parade in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on June 12.
