French rugby duo Brice Dulin and Baptiste Serin have been recalled to the wider squad for the World Cup. Although they have not played for France since the 2021 Six Nations, their impressive performances for La Rochelle and Toulon have earned them a spot in the squad. In addition, ten Toulouse players, including captain Antoine Dupont, were included after their Top 14 victory on Saturday. Four uncapped players, including two from the France Under-20s team, were also given a chance to break into the senior squad. This selection is not final, as other players who were previously excluded may still have a chance to make the final squad. The first match in the Summer Series for France will be against Scotland on August 5 in Edinburgh.
