A former WWE employee has filed a federal lawsuit accusing executive Vince McMahon and another former executive of serious sexual misconduct, including offering her to a star wrestler for sex. Janel Grant, who worked in the company’s legal and talent departments, alleges that McMahon forced her into a sexual relationship to obtain and keep her job and shared explicit photos and videos of her with other men, including WWE employees. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Connecticut, where WWE is based. McMahon stepped down as WWE’s CEO in 2022 amid an investigation into allegations matching those in the lawsuit. Grant is seeking unspecified monetary damages and aims to have the court nullify a $3 million nondisclosure agreement. WWE’s parent company, TKO Group, has expressed that it is taking the allegations seriously.
